About the Founder – Branam Cohn

Branam Cohn is the founder and visionary behind The Manager’s Table, a hospitality leadership training and placement program built to elevate both careers and guest experiences from day one. With decades of executive experience in high-volume restaurant operations, Branam has managed teams of over 100, spearheaded multi-million dollar openings, and coached leadership that drives results—all while cultivating high touch guest culture.

Having served as both General Manager and Owner-Operator, he witnessed a consistent disconnect: talented individuals were being promoted without the skills to lead, while restaurants struggled to find reliable managers who fit their culture and were ready to perform. Determined to solve both sides, Branam created The Manager’s Table: a hands-on, in-person management training system that certifies high-potential leaders, paired with curated placement services that save operators time and money.

A passionate mentor and hospitality strategist, Branam believes that leadership isn’t hired—it’s built. Through his founding journey, he continues to champion development pathways for emerging managers and support restaurant operators in hiring better and more confidently.
